The LP4 is the smallest variant in the LP line up but maintains all of the power and features of its siblings. The LP4 features a total of 8,750 lumens and a 200 degree spread of useable LED light. This light pumps out 7,050 forward projecting lumens and 1,700 lumens of dedicated peripheral lighting courtesy of our patented Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT). To keep your light performing at its highest potential, the LP4 integrates our proprietary Direct Ducted Cooling (DDC) technology. This feature allows air to travel through the front of the housing, over the rear heat sinks – drastically improving cooling capacity and performance. Variable Height Shackles

The Dirt King variable height shackles are a great upgrade to replace the factory shackles which are prone to failing. These shackles are constructed from 1/4″ steel making them considerably stronger than the stock shackles. They?re CAD designed and have grease fittings for easy maintenance. There are three rear ride height settings, 1? drop, ?? drop, and factory ride height.

Description
The Titan swap kit is the most affordable route to improve your vehicle?s front-end handling. This kit is developed to pair with Titan lower control arms to increase the front track width 3? per side. The kit is both 2WD and 4WD compatible along with the purchase of extended axle shafts. The upper control arms are designed with increased castor and repositioned pivot angles reducing stress on the joints. The increased castor allows for proper alignment and improved handling. We also replaced the weak factory ball joints with 1? stainless steel uniballs for maximum strength and increased articulation. To mount the arms to the spindle we include high grade 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers and military grade F911 hardware. All of the components on our upper control arms are rebuild-able or replaceable to make this product last a lifetime. The arms come preassembled and include detailed instructions for easy installation.

Description
The Dirt King long travel kit was developed to drastically improve the vehicles off-road handling without compromising its day to day driving characteristics. This suspension system allows for 13.25? of travel and accepts up to a 35? tire. The kit is compatible with 2WD models and 4WD models along with the purchase of extended axle shafts. We?ve upgraded the lower arm outer pivot to heavy duty Moog ball joints and 1? uniballs for the upper arm outer pivot. This allows for superior strength and increased articulation. The suspension system also accommodates for bump stops to be used with the coil overs if desired. This kit is CAD designed, thoroughly tested, and 100% made in America resulting in a product we?re proud to put our name on!

Shocks
For the best performance and to achieve the full 13.25? of travel you must purchase our spec built shocks or have them custom built based on our coil over spec sheet. These shocks must be used with our shock hoop kit (DK-701910) which requires cutting and welding to the vehicle. For direct bolt on applications King OEM replacement coil overs can be installed. The replacement coil overs must have the internal droop stops removed and 1? rod end extensions added. These shocks will allow for 10? of travel. Both pairs of shocks will work with 2WD or 4WD models. For more dampening the suspension system has the ability to use bump stops along with the coil overs. The use of bump stops will also require welding and modifications to the frame.

Wheel Travel
When shopping long travel kits many consumers tend to focus just on travel numbers. This is the reason many companies claim inaccurate numbers or don?t disclose the amount of work involved to achieve these numbers. Our goal is to build a suspension system with the highest amount of wheel travel without requiring major modifications to the vehicle or compromising its overall drivability.

Tire Info
When using 35? tires with this kit modifications to the wheel well will need to be made. The firewall pinch weld will need to be folded over and front cab mount needs to be shaved to avoid contact while turning. The upper wheel well will also need to be modified to avoid contact at full bump.

Red Ball Joint Caps

The Dirt King pre-runner bumper is a perfect addition to any off-road Titan. It gives the front end that finishing touch as well as providing a strong structure to withstand the punishment seen in off-roading. The bumper is CAD designed and constructed with DOM tubing. The frame horns for the bumper are built with 1/8″ and 3/16″ plate to ensure maximum strength. We offer several options allowing you to customize it to your preferences. The standard bumper comes raw metal with an aluminum Dirt King skid plate. This bumper bolts into the factory holes on the frame once the cross-member is cut and removed. Returns or cancellations on powder coated bed cages are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
