Our definition of shock services:
- Note all current settings, such as pre-load, cross-over ring location, bypass tube adjustments and nitrogen psi
- Dis-assmble shock completely and spec out valving and working piston orientation
- All parts run through an Ultrasonic Washer
- Next in an Aqueous Machine, then blow off and inspect all parts
- Shafts get checked for run out and any pits or knicks
- Re-assemble Shock / Bleed / Charge with Nitrogen
